Verdeña: An extra virgin olive oil from century-old dry-cultivated olive trees.
The fruit is round, of a medium calibre and late to ripen, meaning it is unusual for it to fully ripen – giving rise to its name. It is harvested in November. In the nose, this oil surprises with its fresh scent, reminiscent of grass and tomato. It is sweet though slightly bitter and spicy, meaning it is an exquisite, highly balanced virgin extra.

Alquezrana: Alquezrana is a variety of olive tree belonging to the orchards of Alquézar and other nearby villages, and the protagonist of this extra virgin olive oil. From century-old olive trees, this oil has a notably fruity taste, reminiscent of artichoke and recently-cut grass. Its bitter spiciness is notable in the mouth, granting it a uniquely special character.

Negral: Century-old olive tree found in the foothills of La Sierra de Guara. A weeping tree whose fruit ripen very early. Harvested at the end of October.
In turn, the oil has a strong personality, with notable aromas hinting at recently-cut grass and green fruits. Full-bodied, the bitter, spicy flavours persist in the mouth after tasting.
